Risk Disclosure

Risk Disclosure

Introduction

This Risk Disclosure is provided in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and market standards. It is intended to inform clients of the risks associated with trading Foreign Exchange (Forex/FX) and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) with Kama Capital LLC.

Trading Forex and CFDs involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. This document does not disclose all possible risks and should be read together with the Client Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Before opening an account or placing any trade, you should ensure that you fully understand the risks involved and make decisions on an informed basis. If you do not understand any part of this disclosure, you should seek independent financial advice.

1. Risk Warning

1.1 Margin Trading Risk

Trading on margin involves a high level of risk. Due to leverage, even small market movements may result in substantial gains or losses.

1.2 Loss of Capital

You may sustain losses equal to or greater than your initial deposit. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

1.3 Leverage Risk

Leverage magnifies both profits and losses. Rapid price movements may significantly impact your account balance. Clients are solely responsible for monitoring open positions.

1.4 Margin Requirements

If your account equity falls below required margin levels, you may be required to deposit additional funds. Failure to meet margin requirements may result in the liquidation of positions, and you will remain responsible for any resulting deficit.

1.5 Market Risk

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market prices may fluctuate rapidly due to economic events, political developments, or changes in market conditions.

1.6 Abnormal Market Conditions

Under abnormal market conditions — including high volatility, reduced liquidity, market gaps, system disruptions, or force majeure events — orders may be delayed, rejected, or executed at prices different from those expected. Stop-loss orders are not guaranteed to execute at the requested price.

1.7 Weekend & Market Gap Risk

Events occurring outside trading hours may cause markets to open at prices significantly different from prior closing levels. Protective orders may be executed at less favorable prices.

1.8 Technology & Communication Risk

Online trading systems are subject to risks including hardware or software failure, internet connectivity issues, and communication delays. Kama Capital LLC is not liable for losses resulting from such technical disruptions.

1.9 No Investment Advice

Kama Capital LLC provides execution-only services and does not provide investment, tax, legal, or regulatory advice. Any information or market commentary is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered investment advice or a solicitation to trade.
